HHI Tide 21 has an open floor plan that is fully equipped with everything you need to feel at home. We want families with kids to love our villa so we have taken extra care to provide beach equipment, games, books, movies, & a fully stocked kitchen.
The villa is on the top floor of a 3-story building (no noisy upstairs neighbors!) with a beautiful view of the resort. There is No Elevator in our building.

Suitability
Maximum Number of Guests: 8 (including infants), no exceptions.
Minimum Age: The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age and must be at the property for the duration of the stay.
No Pets: Resort policy does not allow pets or emotional support animals for short-term renters. (Certified service animals must have required paperwork and prior approval of the resort. However, due to severe allergies in our family, we prefer to not host animals in our villa.)
Child friendly: Our villa is ideal for families with children who will love the bunk beds in the guest bedroom, the basket of children's books, board games, family DVD movies, and all of the beach and pool toys provided!
No events/parties allowed
No smoking or vaping allowed in villa, on the balcony, or in the interior of the building.
Parking: Unassigned parking is available right outside our building. One parking/resort pass is included in your reservation total. If you have more than one vehicle, we will collect a $35 per vehicle fee for the parking pass prior to check-in. (You cannot purchase them at the resort.) Please let us know if you will have more than one vehicle during your stay.
No e-bikes allowed at the resort.
No elevator: The villa is on the 3rd & top floor of the building and is accessible only by stairs.
Although official check-in time to the villa is 4pm, if our villa is available earlier, we will send our Guests a text letting you know you can check in to the villa early! (We never charge a fee for early check-in.)
Guests can pick up their parking/resort passes (paid for in advance to the Owner), enter the resort, and use all resort amenities anytime during the day of check-in, even before the villa is ready.
About Us
After coming back to Hilton Head year after year for family vacations with our three children, we finally bought our own vacation home on the island in January 2020. We love being able to come to our favorite island several times every season now (fall is our favorite!), but we also enjoy creating a family friendly vacation home for others.
We know first-hand how difficult it can be to travel with children, so we have taken extra care to create the perfect vacation destination for families with kids.
We manage our own property because we want to get to know our guests and want to create a place that families want to return to every year. When booking direct with us, our guests can expect personal communication with us, the owners, and special touches to make you feel at home.
