On Folly Field Beach
Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort is conveniently located at the north end of Hilton Head Island on Folly Field Beach, one of South Carolina's most beautiful family beaches.
Just an easy 4 minute walk from the villa is one of our resort's 4 boardwalks to the sand!
You will fall in love with the wide, beautiful shoreline that has plenty of space even in the height of the summer. The sand is clean with virtually no seaweed and the ocean water is relatively shallow, making it ideal for wading, swimming, and boogie boarding.
There are lifeguards on the beach from March to October.
In a Gated Oceanside Resort
As you enter the gated resort, you'll be greeted by beautifully landscaped grounds and a refreshing ocean breeze.
Our villa, indicated by the red star on the photo, is in a quiet area of the resort next to a lagoon, but still within a 2-5 minutes' walk from all the amenities the resort has to offer.
The security gate is manned 24/7 for our guests' safety.
Lots of Family Friendly Amenities
The resort has 8 lighted hard surface tennis courts, 4 pickle ball courts, and a Pro Shop where you can borrow racquets and balls and even sign up for lessons from the resort pro. Like all resort amenities, tennis and pickleball play are free for all guests of the resort.
In the Pro Shop, there is a newly renovated fitness center with treadmills, exercise bikes, a universal machine, and free weights.
In the back of the pro shop building, there is a coin-operated laundry room (with change machine) for guests to use.
In the back of the resort, just 2 minutes from our villa, your children will be delighted to find our large shaded playground, a half-basketball court, and a backboard.
Just steps from our villa is a charcoal grill and picnic area, as well as a bicycle rental kiosk.
Best Pool on Hilton Head Island
You and your family will love our 2 resort pools. The Olympic size main pool (the largest oceanfront pool on Hilton Head Island) is just a 4 minute walk from our villa and right on the beach boardwalk. It features a kiddie pool, spacious pool deck, and plenty of lounge chairs for relaxing in the sun or shade.
There is a second smaller pool at the other end of the resort near the Admirals Row building. Both pools are open year-round, but are not heated.
There are restrooms outside Jamaica Joe'z for beachgoers and pool visitors. Near the main pool is a beach volleyball court, shuffleboard, an outdoor fitness area, and some picnic tables.
Family Friendly Activities
Right outside the main pool gate is an ice cream/sno cone stand (open seasonally) and Jamaica Joe'z, the resort's beach bar and grill with tropical drinks and live music throughout the summer.
In the summer, the resort has a full schedule of family activities, including a pool dance party, karaoke, dive-in movie night, "tattoos" and hair-braiding all at the main pool.
During some holidays (Easter, Labor Day, etc.), there are more planned activities for families with kids.

The resort has 4 options for food and drink, all within a 4 minute walk from the villa:
- Coconut'z Sportz Bar (family friendly, full bar, 23 TVs showing all the current games, pool tables, dart boards, and sometimes live music) - located at the front of the resort about 4 minutes' walk from the villa.
- Gator'z Pizza & Wingz (voted the island's best wings many years in a row!) - located next to Coconut'z
- Gator'z Coffee & Grab-n-Go (open seasonally) for on-the-go breakfast & snacks - located next to Coconut'z
- Jamaica Joe'z (beachside bar and grill, serving lunch, dinner, and delicious frozen drinks seasonally, with live music all summer) - located next to the main pool about a 4 minute walk from the villa.
