**For your reservation to be confirmed, you must read and digitally sign a copy of our Rental Agreement and upload a copy of your Photo ID. (Name on reservation, Signature on rental agreement, name on credit card, and name on ID must all be the same name.)**

-Minimum age of primary renter is 25. Primary renter must be on the property with guests under 25 years old.

-All vehicles must have a resort/parking pass. One parking pass is included in your reservation. Additional parking passes can be arranged (prior to the stay) through Owner for a fee of $35 per vehicle.

At Booking: 10% of Reservation total is due.
30 Days prior to Check-in: Remaining 90% of Reservation total is due.
7 Days before Check-in: $300 Security Deposit is due.
2 Days before Check-in: All parking passes must be paid for.

Guest will receive email reminder several days before each due date.

More than 30 days before Check-in Date: Full refund of all deposits/payments minus 3% processing fee.
14-29 days before Check-in Date: 50% refund minus 3% processing fee.
13 days or less before Check-in Date: No refund

Rescheduling Option: If it is more than 13 days before Check-in, a Guest needing to cancel their reservation may chose to reschedule their visit for other available dates. The full amount that Guest has already paid will be applied to the total cost of the new reservation (which will be calculated at listed rates for the new dates). The payment then becomes nonrefundable for those new dates.

*We encourage Guests to purchase traveler/trip insurance through a private company. It is the Guest’s responsibility to obtain and know their own coverage options.
