Unassigned parking is available right outside our building. One parking/resort pass is included in your reservation total. If you have more than one vehicle, we will collect a $35 per vehicle fee for the parking pass prior to check-in. (You cannot purchase them at the resort.) Please let us know if you will have more than one vehicle during your stay. 

Guest is required to pay a $300 security deposit no later than 7 days before check-in. 
 
Access to property will be denied until deposit is paid in full. If the deposit is not fully paid by 5 days before Check-in, Reservation may be forfeited without any refund to Guest. 
 
Security deposit will refunded within 7 days after check-out if: 
- Guest has followed all Rental/House Rules, and 
- There has been no damage to the property or its contents, and 
- There is no need for additional cleaning due to Guest’s stay. 
 
Reasons for loss of security deposit include, but are not limited to: 
- Damage to the property or furnishings or any additional cost incurred by Owner due to Guest's stay. 
- Missing linens or property furnishings. 
- Exceeding maximum occupancy (8) 
- Primary Guest being under 25 years of age. 
- Excess dirt, staining, or other mess requiring extra cleaning. 
- Smoking or vaping in the villa or on the balcony 
- Any animals in the villa at any time. 
- Not vacating the property by 10:00 AM on Check-out day (without prior approval).

Easy self check-in to the villa with personalized digital lock code. 

Although official check-in time to the villa is 4pm, if our villa is available earlier, we will send our Guests a text letting you know you can check in to the villa early! (We never charge a fee for early check-in.)

Guests can pick up their parking/resort passes (paid for in advance to the Owner), enter the resort, and use all resort amenities anytime during the day of check-in, even before the villa is ready.

At Oceanfront Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort. The villa is an easy 4 minute walk to the sand. 

No more than 8 guests, including infants, are allowed in the villa at any one time.

There are charcoal grills and picnic tables available on the resort grounds (but not at the villa itself).

Our villa is ideal for families with children who will love the bunk beds in the guest bedroom, the basket of children's books, board games, family DVD movies, and all of the beach and pool toys provided!

Due to severe allergies in our family, we do not allow animals in our villa.  Resort policy does not allow pets nor emotional support animals for short term renters. (Certified service animals must have required paperwork and prior approval of the resort.) 

No smoking or vaping allowed in villa, on the balcony, or in the interior of the building.

We have 3 flat-screen TVs, 30", 40" and 42".
All three TVs have cable TV and Chromecast. 2 TVs also have a DVD player.

After coming back to Hilton Head year after year for our family vacations with our three children, we decided to buy our own vacation home in January 2020. We manage our own property because we want to provide a personal relationship with our Guests and create an experience that they will want to return to year after year! 
 
We are available by phone, text, and email for all Guest questions, concerns, and issues. We live in Columbia, SC, but we have wonderful local on-island contacts, including an outstanding cleaning service and handyman that are available when needed.
